OAFC featured in the Catholic Diocese of Raleigh

"They didn’t know each other yet, but at almost the exact same time, Kazmer and Arhab reached out to Deacon Mark Westrick, the director of social ministries at St. Michael. Westrick connected the two of them and, after many coffee dates and conversations, OAFC was formed."

Thank You for Your Support of

Children & Youth in Foster Care!

The St. Michael African Ancestry Ministry and Evangelization Network (AAMEN) and the Orphans, Adoption & Foster Care (OAFC) ministries “THANKS” the parishioners who helped with the annual Wake County Foster Care school supply collection. We gathered numerous school supplies, 128 book bags, 8 TI 83 & TI 84 graphing calculators, 26 scientific calculators and numerous cash donations. There are over 600 children in Foster Care in Wake County.  We appreciate your assistance in helping a child start the school year with the tools to succeed.
